The lawyer representing various environmental groups involved with the 1994 Settlement Agreement that is currently challenging the CalPortland mine expansion in DuPont has been reported missing in the North Cascades. Both the News Tribune and the Seattle Times reported today that Seattle environmental attorney John Arum was reported missing on Monday after he failed to return from a weekend hike in the North Cascades.
